What we do
"Fandoms For Palestine" fundraises for families in Gaza by hosting events for fandoms of different games, animated shows, books and more!Our mission is to help Palestinians any way we can while raising awareness about the Palestinian struggle for freedom.Along with this, we organize campaigns within a certain fandom where volunteers create art and writing that is exchanged for donations to fundraisers.
Campaign Process
We strive to work with multiple popular fandoms to engage as many people as possible for our cause, here's the process how:
Fandom selection through social media polls
Contributor Interest check and applications
Campaign type determination (e.g. contest, raffle, etc.)
Contributor lineup announced
Campaign Launch
Donors show proof of payment and receive whatever has been specified in that campaign.
Campaign concludes, funds raised are announced.
Donation Transparency
We do not take donations ourselves.We will be working with different background checked organizations that will receive donations directly from supporters of campaigns.Every donation will be fact checked before any service from us is provided.For info about our current campaigns' fundraiser, go to:

Can I still donate if I'm from a foreign country that doesn't use dollar as money / How is the payment done?
Yes, of course! Payment will be proceed through Pay Pal, so everyone from every country in the world can donate if they want to! You will be required to donate the money yourself to a chosen charity or Fundraiser we provide.You will also be asked to provide proof from the website you donated and of your bank account. Once that's verified, you will be contacted by the artist who wil work with you! It’s like paying for a commission, you'll receive your art, but by donating the money to people in need, and not to the artist.How can I cancel or leave the campaign if I ever become incapable of donating?
Donation can be a one-time thing only, or as many times as you’d like! You’re not forced to quit the campaign if you ever become unable to donate, and you can always continue to support us regardless!Can I have an estimate of when I might receive an email?
We currently have Moderator Applications open till January 12th, and are planning to open Contributor Applications on January 10th! This was just an Interest Check to see how many people would like to be part of our project! If you do want to be part of it as a, an artist, or a writer. continue to follow us on social media so you can join us!As a writer, is the word count our choice ? Or do we get given a word count ?
For writers, you have the flexibility to choose how many commission slots you’ll take and the tier for each slot! For later campaigns, we’ll be asking you to vote for the fandom(s) you want! You can apply to participate as many times as you want, but acceptance will not be guaranteed everytime, as we’d like all our future applicants to get a chance to pitch in!

About Wijdan's GFM
This fundraiser is for 5 year old Wijdan, who has a rare type of cancer known as a fibrosarcoma.She and her family are facing severe poverty and homelessness on top of the damage inflicted by the genocide, which resulted in inconsistent treatment to her condition. Her health is deteriorating day by day, and her family is waiting for the opportunity to travel abroad to get her the help she needs.Wijdan’s family is from the city of Rafah, and they are composed of 3 daughters, one son, and the parents.Find everything you need to know about her family in her GoFundMe
Donation Guidelines
Contributor selection: you can choose your top 3 preferred creators, or let us surprise you with a creator from our lineup! If you’re choosing specific contributors, make sure they have your desired commission slot here.
No NSFW: All commissions must adhere to a strict no-NSFW policy. Please check each contributor’s guidelines for additional "Do's and Don'ts".
Donation proof: Your commission will not be processed if you do not submit adequate proof or do not fill out this form. This includes a screenshot of a bank statement asked for at the end.
Art adjustments: If an artist offers full-body commissions, they are also available for half-body or bust commissions.
Additional costs: Extra characters and detailed backgrounds will have an additional cost. Be sure to check the extra rates before finalising your request.
Response time: After submitting a request, your payment will be verified manually by our team. Within 1-3 days, you will receive a confirmation email with your contributor and timeframe, and your contributor will reach out on their own. Failing to respond to your contributor after 10 days will result in your commission being cancelled.
Refunds: We will never allow refunds on donations. Compensation for mistakes on our end will be in the form of extra art/writing depending on the context of the situation.
Delivery Time: For art, there is a minimum delivery time of 2 weeks, but some commissions may take longer. Please be patient and respectful of contributors’ time. For writing, a deadline is hard to set, please discuss this with your contributor once we bring you in contact to get a realistic deadline!
Usage and posting: Commissioned pieces can either be posted by all involved parties (Donor, contributor and Fandoms for Palestine) , or kept for private offline/personal use by the donor.
Check contributor guidelines: Before submitting a request, review your chosen contributor’s do’s and dont’s to ensure your commission aligns with their preferences. To confirm you are still reading this, enter the word “Ladynoir” in the keyword question at the end of the MFP Commission form.

Commission Process
1. Identify the type of commission you want, along with basic details.(E.g.: half body sketch of Marinette laughing)2. Check the price list in our pinned posts/Carrd to know how much you need to donate.
--- If you have any requests that aren’t included in the price list, feel free to reach out to us to evaluate the pricing of your commission, otherwise, you are responsible for doing your own math.3. Donate the money to Wijdan’s GoFundMe, and take a screenshot of:
A. The email from GoFundMe confirming that you have donated (include the email username)
B. The main GoFundMe page, showing time of donation and username if applicable
C. Notification from your bank or payment method confirming the transaction, without including sensitive details such as card number etc.Then, Fill out this form and submit proofs of donation as well as commission details!
After submitting the form, Moderators will get back to you through email within 1 to 3 days.
